What is difference between saturated and unsaturated fatty acids from health point of view? Which one is good of them? Please provide an explanatory answer! I will mark Brainiest that will be explaining me best!
Saturated fats consist of single bond, whereas Unsaturated fats consists of one or more double or triple bonds.
Our body needs both type of fats but higher amount should be from unsaturated fat as they increase good cholesterol (High Density Lipoprotein or HDL) and decrease bad cholesterol (Low Density Lipoproteins or LDL) and help prevent heart disease.
