Directions: Read each statement carefully. Put an (X) on every statement that doesn't tell a fact. Write your answer on your test notebook/paper.

1. To caramelise the product it needs to be on a tray.
2. All the products need to be untidy and moist for the caramel to adhere.
3. Any fruit that is to be dipped in caramel needs to be dry and its skin needs to be
intact.
4. Orange segments needs to have all string and pith removed.
5. Grapes need to be in big clusters of 2 or 1.​
