Activity 2: Family Bonding with Yoga
Directions: Invite a family member to perform the different yoga positions with you. Each position shall be done in 18 counts. Ask them to shared how they feel towards this activity.
Activity 3: Time to Create
Directions: Choose 5 yoga positions that you wish to try. Write them in your Activity notebook. Memorize the positions and perform them without looking the illustrations.

Activity 1:
For me the easy yoga positions are child’s pose and corpse positions because they are relaxing and easy to perform for a beginner like me. The difficult positions are the high plank because it would need a lot of strength and the triangle because it would require balance and flexibility.
Activity 2:
I asked my older sister to do the yoga poses with me. She has been practicing yoga for quite some time, but she still considers herself a beginner. I enjoyed doing yoga with her as this is also one form of bonding for us.
Activity 3:
I wish to try warrior 1, warrior 2, low lunge, downward facing dog, and cobra pose.
