Thank you for asking the question! The changes occurs as the person approaches the age of 10 or 12 is because of the release of various hormone. This shows the start of the puberty. The hormone which starts releasing with the onset of the puberty is called Gonadotrophin releasing hormone. This hormone basically result in various physical and chemical changes in human body. For example in bus their voice become hoarse, Their height increases, growth of facial hair,mood swings, Broadening of structure etc. Where as, in girls the outburst of pimples, growth of breast, stature enlarges etc. Hope it helps.
