Cockroaches has a speciality of vision which we don't have. They have a three sixty degree vision but human Doesn't have that. Although other parts are fairly primitive but their eyes are quite developed. The pigments separating ommatidia cannot be traced in the eyes of cockroach because the animal is nocturnal and spends daytime in dark places. But the eye produces mosaic vision.
