djeljaycoreoy4avmIf you want your answer in brief then these two differences will be sufficient: 1. Centrioles are small organelles inside a cell while Centromere is a region in a chromosome 2. Centriole produces microtubules that attach to chromatids at the Centromere.

Centrioles are situated near the boundary of the cell while centromere is in the centre of the chromosomes centrioles forms asters that further gives rise to chromatin fibres and that chromatin fubres sticks to the centromere of the chromosome while centromere is nothing but the centre portion it has a sticky substance that helps to stick with the chromatin fibres
