I usually do basic exercises like sit-ups, push ups, jumping jacks,planks and etc., that is really fast to do even once in a while. Performing physical activities even once in a while is really important and should be done by everyone because we need to maintain our fitness especially we are in a pandemic that there is a virus that affects our health and make us sick. So we should maintain our health and healthy foods in order to be healthy.
