Here's what you were looking for:
Computer Science consist of the languages C++, SQL and Python.
Information Practices consists of Java and SQL.
Both the languages C++ and java are nearly the same and you fill find a lot of similarities between them. Programming wise C++ is a bit more difficult than Java. But the basic purpose of all the programming languages is the same and that is to develop logic.
It also depend upon what future course will you pursue. If you are going for engineering and if you are a computer science student then definitely you will have an upper hand over the IP students. Because the first chapter taught in engineering is C++ and not Java.
Hope this clears your doubt.✌
Languages like C++, SQL and python are studied in Computer Science whereas languages like Java and SQL are studied in information practices.
