Electron flow will increase as we know that resistance of a wire is inveresly proportional to its length. so if u make it thinner, the area of the cross section will decrease and current flow will increase.

since we know that
Resistance (R) = rho × lenght....
so,,,,,
area is directly proportional to the radius of the wire...
