-in prokaryote, nuclear membrane is absent while in eukaryote it is present -in prokaryote, there is no cytoskeleton and has very few organelles present while in eukaryote cytoskeleton is present and has many organelles present -in prokaryote, generally 1 to 10 um in linear dimension while in eukaryote generally 10 to 100 um in linear dimension -in prokaryote, it is mainly unicellular while in eukaryote it is mainly multicellular w/ differentiaion of cells

Prokaryotes does not have nucleus but has nucleiod while Ekaryotes has nuclues. Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes have both cell membrane, DNA, ribosomes and cytosol/cytoplasm.
