"Sitio Katamakawan is a community of lazy and gluttonous people. They sit or lie all day and eat everything on their mouth desires. Each family has a housemaid to take care of all the household chores. The children of this community are addicted to playing computer games although they maintain their passing grades. They are not allowed to play outside to prevent accidents. Most of the time, the teenager surf the internet. Most of the parents are overweight because after their work, they watch television while having night snacks. Some men are into smoking and drinking alcohol.

1. No. If I live in a community like that, my lifespan will be short.
2. They doesn't have any lifestyle. All people in sitio katamakawan are unhealthy. They are not physically active.
3. Ulcer, UTI and Mental Disorders.
4. All of their habits are the risk factors. Drinking Alcohol, Eating Junkfoods, Eyes on gadgets all day, and not wandering outside.
5. I'll advice him/her to do Exercises even at home if they're not really allowed to go outside, I'll also advise him/her to eat healthy foods and to sleep to rest his/her mind and body.
6. Media and Technology have a large help to our education and entertainment but using it always to the point that we're addicted may affect our mental and physical health.
7. Going outside is not a sin, in fact it can refreshes their mind and body. Playing sports outside or Exercising at home can help them a lot.
