don't tell his/her secret to anyone, even he is your childhood friend. make it private.Your friend trusted you with that secret. Keep that secret between you two. Avoid telling anyone who knows your friend, at least without their permission. Your friend may have trusted you with it but it does not belong to you and especially if it's sensitive.
