Procedures:
1. Slice the biscuits or bread into small pieces and place them inside the plastic bag.
2. Pour 500ml of water into the plastic bag. Tie the opening of the plastic bag.
3. Gently squeeze the plastic bag. Observe what happens.
4. Untie the plastic bag and add two tablespoons of calamansi juice to the mixture inside the bag.
5. Gently squeeze the plastic bag again for a few minutes. Observe what happens.
