Hip Hinges - In the first form, the position is upright, with the back and legs straight, feet flat on the floor-one foot apart, and hands in front of your hips or resting on your hips. In the next form, the previous form mentioned is maintained but the back is bent or leaning forward. Then, back to the original form. Movement: With your position upright, your back and legs straight, feet flat on the floor-one foot apart, and your hands in front of your hips or resting on your hips, bend or lean forward then go back to the original form.
Jump Squats - The first form is as if you are sitting on an invisible chair, the legs/knees bent, back straight and leaning forward, hands clasped together in front of the chest or aligned to the chin, feet flat on the floor shoulder-width apart. In the next form, the form is straightened with the back and legs/knees straightened, hands at the side, feet are not touching the ground. Then, it goes back to the original form. Movement: Keeping your back straight, with your hands clasped together in front of your chest or aligned to your chin, lean forward and bend your legs/knees with your feet flat on the floor shoulder-width apart. From this form, you jump, and while you jump you straighten your position by straightening your back and legs/knees, hands on your side. Then, go back to the original form.
