1. Self-discipline means that you can control your own feelings and your actions. You're able to control your behavior so that you can wait for what you want. People with self-discipline also meet their commitments; they follow through with promises they have made to others. And Child has the right to be cared for in the absence of their parent or guardian. If the parent or guardian fails to fulfill their role, the State shall assume custody and care for the child, providing them with their fundamental needs for growth and development.
2.Acknowledge your weakness, establish a clear plan,remove the temptation when necessary,practice tolerating emotional discomfort and recover from mistakes effectively
