— I should let my scars fade over the time and stop doing things that can worsen my situation. — I can get very attached and addicted to something or someone that I know would end up hurting me physically and psychologically. — I only express myself in a good way when I know I surround myself with the real ones. — I can take care of my mental health by interacting and socializing with my family and friend’s despite of pandemic just to maintain my mental health stable and capable of handling risky situations. — War or hatred is not always the answer to solve something, sometimes we need to communicate, have respect and love beyond boundaries with other people to gain success with happiness. I am beyond happy to reciprocate the same energy that other people are willing to give me. — I can still change for the better and there are things that constantly change and develop as we grow old. There are things that must be left in the past for these things you cannot control and renew. Scars from our past can effectuate us to grow and learn. Experiences can lead us to maturity while maturity can bring adulthood and full growth. — Breathing is a great way to keep my mind off the worry track is to focus my thoughts on things that are good, beautiful, and positive. Appreciate the small, everyday blessings. Allow thyself to dream, wish, and imagine the best that could happen while breathing and when stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest. Inhale and exhale slowly. Connecting with others which can help me to spend time with friends or family. Organized activities are great, but just hanging out works too. Doing things with those we feel close to deepens our bonds, allowing me to feel supported and secure. And the fun and sharing that go with it allow us to feel happier and less upset about things. Whenever I feel worried or nervous about something, talking about it with someone who listens, and cares can help me feel more understood and better able to cope. I'll be reminded that everyone has these feelings sometimes. I am not alone.
