LET US PRACTICE MORE (GAWIN MO) ACTIVITY NO. 4
1. Create a Fitness Journal for 4 weeks. Choose a sport that you are permitted and able to do, taking into consideration your current localized quarantine protocols. Iinclude the activity, duration, intensity and time of the day you intend to dothem.
2. Indicate also the challenges you faced and the steps you took to overcome them.
3. Personal safety and health protocols must always beobserved.
4. Present your journal any way you wish. It may be in a form of a video, journal entry with pictures, collage, etc. They will be collected after four weeks.
