Draw a happy face if the given facts or steps in dancing tinikling and itik-itik are
correct and sad face if it is incorrect.
1. The dancers in tinikling perform the dance barefooted.
2. The tinikling can be danced by an individual or with a partner.
3. Perform these steps between both poles, first step on the left foot then step
on the right foot.
4. The traditional tinikling dance is performed in a very slow manner.
5. In tinikling dance, female dancers usually wear a colorful dress with arched
sleeves or a checkered loose skirt that is often worn with a thin-fibered
blouse. Males, on the other hand, wear an embroidered formal shirt that is
untucked called the Barong Tagalog.
6. The first step in itik-itik dance is step to your left and raise your left arm up in
a flowing motion.
7. The attire worn generally includes barong Tagalog (embroidered formal shirt
considered the national dress of Philippines) or the camisa de chino (a
collarless Chinese shirt with short sleeves worn under the barong Tagalog),
and white trousers and a colorful dress for women.
