is it happened with someone... that after doing leg workout.. you are not able to even stand properly.

Probably once, because my leg had been strained. I'm not much of a sporty guy, but when for the first time I did that, my pelvis hurt a lot.

This is known as leg cramp due where lactic acid is formed due to the basane of oxygen

no... leg cramps and leg stiffness both are different things actually.... leg cramps are due to formation of lactic acid whereas leg stiffness Is due to internal inflammation of tissues.... and I am suffering from leg stiffness... or more specifically knee stiffness
