Situation: Your family inherited a big piece of land from your grandmother All of you thought that the land's market value is high because it has all the qualities of a land that is good for building one's business, except for one thing it has been an epicenter. The last major earthquake there occurred in 1705, and it had a recurence interval of 330 to 400 years.
