and I say this because it depends on your fitness level before you even began your fitness journey. for example, if you have a lot of body fat on you then it would probably take a while because you would have to start off slow and firm so you don't overwork yourself, but if you are more on the slim side and are trying to build muscle that would take a while to because your body has to get used to that new thing, it doesn't matter who big small, skinny or tall, female or male it will take your body a while before it can get used to any new physical exercise that you do then after you body gets used to that new thing that when it starts to grow and develop.
