1, because in water there is a Constant ratio of 1:2 of oxygen and hydrogen atoms respectively in a molecule of water
But here you have asked about number of hydrogen molecules not atoms ,and 1 hydrogen molecule have two atoms so there will be one hydrogen molecule required to form H2O
