‹› A person has irrational, negative thoughts. She thought she is disturbing her best friend and broke up with her.
‹› Now she things about her and is in mixed emotions. First kind in which she is missing her a lot. Second one is she thinks now her best friend is not getting disturbed by her.
How can the friend be helped?

This is same situation i'm going through,i broke up my friendship with my bestie,and i say i may have negative thoughts of being hurt again.i really don't want somebody to let me hurt for the sake of her happiness i broke up.i thought i was burden over her as a friend i himself don't the reason why i thought so but instead of solving this issue i prefer to get separated.i was knowing that my leaving will be harder but darkeness of yesterday's night gave me courage when she was sleeping all alone and a sudden premises made to do so.I left a message.
So,how can the friend be helped,let's go through the question.
One should not think how she/he is for him/her,if the conversation is going well then separation will hurt;one should give time to each in order to understand ourselfs rather than keeping or doing worthless acts.
