Hello friends. Wanna ask one question. I am really sad help me please. Actually i am 14 yrs old girl and everyone says that you are in class 9th and still you are a small baby. They say i am not mentally matured but i should be. This makes me very sad. So can you tell me that how a person becomes mature? And whom we call that he or she is mentally matured what is the sign?
