First Aid

1. First aid for dehydration

Drink water. Avoid caffeinated, carbonated and alcoholic drinks, and salt tablets. Loosen tight clothing and remove unnecessary clothing, including PPE . In cases of extreme heat or dehydration, replace electrolytes.

2.Apply pressure to the wound with a sterile bandage, a clean cloth or a clean piece of clothing. Immobilize the injured area. Don't try to realign the bone or push a bone that's sticking out back in.

3.Clean it with soap and water. Apply pressure to the cut with a clean cloth or bandage for a few minutes to stop the bleeding. If you bleed through the cloth, place another one on top of it.

4.Stay with the intoxicated person and wake them frequently. If alcohol levels continue to rise, the person may become unconscious. Start CPR if breathing stops or find someone with first aid training to perform CPR immediately.

5. Some injuries can be treated with basic first aid techniques such as wound cleansing, wound dressings, rest, application of ice, compression, and elevation. More severe injuries may require cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and other resuscitation procedures or surgery
