Really good question. You have put a good question. But it wasn't straight forward, The question is How does our brain control all the things without knowing that it is who controls .If it knows ,why do we study it in biology.I think this can be explained by Instinctual behavior. Instinct behaviour is the familiarity to complex phenomenon without actually learning, these instinct behaviour comes naturally . So because of instinct behaviour of brain, though it doesn't know what does it do? How does it do? It can perform complex phenomenon.
