In my understanding, when we say emotional intelligence it means you are aware on your feelings and emotions. Like what triggers you, when do you feel sad or happy, when do you feel stress and others. If you are really into your emotion you know how to handle your mental health and your well-being. Especially during this lockdown and break-out of Covid-19. If you are really aware of how you feel, you know what you will do to cope up from the stress and problems that this two years of pandemic brought us. But on the other hand, it is not easy to be aware on how you feel. Sometime if certain things happened to us even how emotionally prepared you are, still you breakdown. But it really lessen the worry that you will have. you became stronger both in mind and in body.
