Direction: Perform the activities below then answer the questions that follow Curl ups Test A. Lie down on an exercise mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Extend your arms straight forward. Place your palms flat on the ground. B. Curl Up slowly using your abdominal muscles. Your hands should slide forward a few inches toward your heels. Be sure to keep your head up at all times. C. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise. D. Record your number Curl-ups. Answer the following questions. 1. What part of your body stretched when you performed the activity? 2. What fitness component have you assessed during the activity? 3. What is your score in the test?
