From now on I will convince myself not to always eat oily, salty and fatty foods; because I knew that i was going to have a serious illness like heart cancer. I will do the proper diet and exercise. I'm also do the household chores. I will keep my body stay fit and health. I will engage my self to he mentally,socially, emotionally healthy.
