1. Seeing this kind of action, it was clearly obvious that Mr. Santos must’ve been under pressure and was so stressed this days. The aggression he possessed to the other guests and personnel, is the only way he can let his feelings out. Now, how can i handle this situation? Clearly, fighting the drunk person is useless as it can cause further more fights in the future. Generally speaking, i would do the right thing and that is to calm him down. Let him drink some water and sooth him with soft words, surely this would help him to calm down. If, he is indeed under pressure and was stressed then talk the problem out. Always remember that, fighting can never solve anyone’s problems, you have your family and might as well open up to them. Y’know, it’s okay not to be okay.
