The answer is PRACTICE u'll get better only when u practice :-) ■ never eat food before running as it slows down ur speed. ■take the help of ur hands while running.... that increases ur speed ■take proper diet.....and avoid out side food ■ur speed also depends on the shoes ur wearing ■never use up ur full energy at the starting it self, as it will decrease ur energy and speed after some time. ■stretch daily...as it strengthen ur legs . hope it helps : )
