If you have exercise mats, it would be better If you don't have it, you can use other clean and available related materials. 5 Make sure to wear proper attire a light, stretchable and comfortable clothes b. comfortable rubber shoes 6 Perform some simple warm-up exercises before any physical activity Make sure to read and follow the instructions of the Physical Fitness Tests Go through with the tests without exerting maximum effort. Do not force yourself.
