Answer:I have had a radical and sharp change in my mental and physical self over the past few years.
Physically I grew from 5'3" to touch 6 feet.. Its a great feeling for me, because I was late in my growth. Everyone at school was either at par or taller than me. It's a nice feeling to grow past and taller than people who once mocked you for being short.
Mentally - I grew a lot and I do continue to grow even today. There was considerable change in my emotional control. I became better with it. Moreover my mind grew as a thinker. I can now passively observe my own thoughts ,analyze their growth and influence over me, and still choose to do the thing that I really wish to do.
I can motivate myself, laugh at my flaws and joke about the same.
Academically too my mind has enjoyed continual growth. But that growth is a constant linear growth , no sharp changes here.
I have had a good and intense growth of patience. Basically I just calmed down mentally. Slowed things down enough to analyze ,process and solve.
I understand literature and poetry better now and developed a love for language. I also understand that people can be outright wrong and can never realize it. Though another of my understanding's is that there's no wrong or right.
So there has been considerable growth , more mentally than physically. Kind of pays off for all those horrible years at school, with stunted growth.
