1. Yes have a big differences between them.
2. Slightly because when i do it again it's not hard anymore like i do lately and good news i can bend myself easily and can do some physical activity always.
3. I should do some physical activities and do it as my habit, eat healthy food. I should it one food or more from the pinggang Pinoy and don't forget to drink 8 or more water everyday.
