For myself, I try things to relieve stress, such as time management, which allows me to avoid cramming for my modules. Take a break to relieve my stress thoughts and get enough sleep because not getting enough sleep might generate anger and a short temper. Those are some of the things I take to control my stress during this pandemic, and there are lots more.
