As a student what can you do to keep your healthy? how are you going to introduce pinggang pinoy to your family?

I will share this type of meal with my family as an example of nutritious food that promotes a healthy lifestyle and transports nutrients and vitamins within our bodies. By eating greens and exercising. And we will have a healthier lifestyle here, and we will be one of the role models who will bring to others, and first and foremost to our families, what we did to be like this, to be healthy and fit.

2. Grow foods are high in protein. Develop food are foods that make you grow tall and heavy. Muscles are developed by eating foods high in protein. Fish, chicken, peanuts, and beans are all high in protein.
3. Glow food makes the body well. Glow foods are high in vitamins and minerals. These foods will help you keep your eyesight and skin safe.

They protect against a wide range of diseases. Fruits and vegetables are glow foods.  A healthy diet is one that has all of the food groups in the proper amounts on your plate. A well-balanced diet keeps you healthy and strong.
