Example:

Volleyball: My target is to jump high

Specificity Recommendations: Make a vertical ruler by inch measurements for a purpose of Jumping as higher as you can for 3 consecutive days.

Procedure: For 3 consecutive days, note down how many inches you have Reached. ​
