As a student ,regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Being active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reducing risk for types of diabetes, heart disease, and reducing any risk for some cancers.
If a person is physically fit he is free from ill and always active in every activities.
