Mostly forehand because its easy to hit the shuttlecock and on your hand even doing smashes and all are easy.Easy to do forehand drop shots.
While backhand is alittle difficult because you can't see the shuttlecock you just need to time your hits at the shuttlecock.Easy to do backhand drop shots but alittle hard doing backhand.
