I think the first pic of festival dance is originated in Kalibo,Aklan because it is Ati Atihan festival. While the second pic of festival dance is originated in Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines because it is Ibalong Festival

Yes, because I saw that in website I search the different festival dances and it appears
