Activity 1: Heart Rate Challenge
Direction: To keep track of your engagement in athletic drills and exercises fitness
plan, perform it, and record resting, training, time, and remarks on the table shown
below.
Note:
1. Before you perform the physical activities, make sure you do your warm-up (10-
15 minutes walking and jogging including stretching, and do cool-down after the
physical activities.
2. Apply 10-15 seconds rest in each set.​
