Answer:
1.Before we started the subject lessons/topics,I know a little by it because in to the previous previous lessons I already encountered something like that.Also,when I find some frustration about the topic I just relax(inhale and exhale)for me to calm my nerves.But, instead of being frustrated,just think of a way how you'll enjoy the subject.
2.The processes I've encountered to be able to find the similar lessons like this are the formulas,and the important words that I've already found similar to the topic right now(Kung sa math yung tinutukoy mong topic or subject,pero Kung di naman e-insert muna lang dun sa may, formulas ,yung subject na na encounter mo,sa tingin ko nalito ka?Basta ok na yan haha).
3.One thing that I wanted to improve are my common sense's in all of the things I'll encounter.Furthermore,learning the lessons and applying it to my daily life will help me overcome the challenges or obstacles,with the help of my learning to this lesson,I'll see a change.
