a. in my own words the difference between them is that distillation is a method of producing liquid vapors by heating the liquid to acquire gas whereas the liquids vaporized at the boiling point, while the evaporation is a method of turning a liquid into gas by adding heat to the liquid so that it will quickly turn into gas whereas the liquid evaporized below the boiling point.
b. There is a difference between the price of distilled and purified water, distilled is way cheaper than the purified because it is more easier to produce at home while the purified shall met it's classification requirement.
Theyre both safe to drink but its more convenient if you drink purified than distilled because its process removes chemicals and impurities from the water while the distilled lacks naturally occuring minerals.
