It depends on the situation I'm in. When I have to choose a hard decision, I ask for opinions or advices from other people to make things clearer. When it's an easy decision, I can decide it on my own.
In my opinion, yes. Because asking or letting someone help you decide your decisions gives you a much better and clearer understanding in what you are going to do.
