1) Favoritism is one of the most common things that can make many people felt jealousy and even anger. There's different ways to deal with it, base on how the person involved deal with his/her anger. But to people like me, I deal with it by telling myself that it was fine and control yourself. But sometimes it won't work so, it's already base on the person involve's attitude :)
