ripe mangoes
orange, whole, fresh
orange peel, crushed
granulated white sugar

PROCEDURE:
1. Wash mangoes. Peel, scoop out seeds and chop finely the mango pulp.
2. Wash orange, remove peel, white portions and seeds.
3. Measure ingredients.
4. Combine chopped mango, lemon pulp and peel.
5. Boil mixture rapidly, stirring constantly until thick.
6. Pour while hot into warm sterile jars. Seal, cool, label and store.
