To conserve our traditions and values we need festivals and dances. It is just a way to think of past and be thankful to god for all the things given.
Dancing is a good type of a whole body exercise. Festival dances exhibit fast movements and therefore, the workout intensity is great. Dancing improves heart health, balance and body coordination in general.
Festival dances develop a strong value of camaraderie, teamwork and love for themselves by being conscious or aware of their fitness status because the dancers do not only get to enjoy their hobby but promotes healthy way of living.
