you go to a fast food drive thru to buy a fries and a burger. when you got home it is cold and has hairs on it. Do you have to take your money back? why?

Because they will not sell the wrong product such as putting hair in fries or burgers. If you find something that is not suitable for eating, it is better to return it. Say something is wrong with the fries and don't say the money will be returned to you. Just order a new one and see if there is anything wrong with the food. Check the food first before eating :)
