My name is Rishabh Trivedi and I reside at E-6 Green Park, Hisar Haryana.For years, I ate fast food without realizing the detrimental effects it was having on my health. I was unaware that it would make me overweight, increase my risk of heart disease, and lead to other health issues.It wasn't until I began experiencing health problems that I realized the error of my ways. I now understand the importance of a healthy, balanced diet and the dangers of relying on junk food.I urge others to be aware of the potential health hazards caused by junk food and to make an effort to incorporate healthier options into their diets. It is important for individuals to take responsibility for their own health and to consider the long-term consequences of their food choices.
