Pahlppines, the country we lived in, has been truly blessed with natural
resources. As defined by New World Encyclopedia, Natural resource is any naturally
occurring substance or feature of the environment{physical or biological) that, while
not created by human effort, can be exploited by humans to satisfy their needs or
wants.
TYPES OF NATURAL RESOURCE
Human beings utilize the natural resources available in the
environment to produce goods. These resources come in two forms. :

1. Renewable resources- resources that can be
replenished. Examples of these are energy resources like
air and sunlight, water, soil and even trees.
2. Non-renewable resources- resources that
depletes over time and cannot be replaced in a short
period of time. Fossils as an example are formed over
million years from the traces of preserved remains of
prehistoric organisms
